St Ethelwold's runs a programme of regular groups and a changing series of one-off events, such as talks, exhibitions and workshops. A new programme is offered three times a year: January to April; May to August; and September to December.

St Ethelwold's does not take responsibility for publicising or taking bookings for any workshop or event. This is the responsibility of the course organiser. However, a list of coming events is circulated to all Friends of St Ethelwold's and attendees (where email is known) of past events.

A non-returnable deposit is to be made on each room booking. Full payment is required a minimum of 1 week before the event is due to run.
